What program are U using?? Try opening another file with that program... If still no sound means its either ur sound card not working or ur speaker not connected properly...

If it has sound, means that U might need to download a certain codec to hear the sound...

If you're playing it directly from the removable drive, you might need to check if the sound cable from your drive is connected to the soundcard
