yes but you'll only get a fraction of the market value. Suggest an auction if you do want a quick sale and put on a reserve.

Don't do that.
Do this:
Hire 1 billboard on a busy road fairly close to your house.
It will cost about £600 for a month. It's a unique way to advertise and if you put the price you are looking for it on the board you will get a lot of enquirees.
Go for it - it'll be sold in a week!

Not knowing where you live I'll give you two examples.
Here in Central FL and in Western MI, there are such companies and investors. They usually advertise on small signs stuck in the ground EVERYWHERE, or on billboards, etc.
I'm not saying more than be cautious, if you use one of these situations.

Yes but I can't remember their number. We phoned them once and they told us our house was worth 173,000 - then they proceeded to say "oh you have a mast down the road, that's 25,000 off" oh you have to pay for etc. Cutting a long story short by the time they'd finished our house would have sold for £130,000. I told the girl she was taking the waters and put the phone down.
They think everyone is desperate to sell and play on it - we weren't so were lucky.

Yes, we do.
No board, no adverts, no fees to us and we cover your solicitor bill too.
However we do not pay 100% of value so only use the service if you must sell fast - do your research first!

search: uglyhouses - several options there.
good luck but don't expect large bucks, depending on the house, of course.
remember that he who expects nothing will not be disappointed.
(and pleased with what he does get !?!
