right now boots are kindof in. fall is the best tine to get boots. summer and spring are for heals and flats and winter is for chunky boots. if your looking for more feminen boots (like say nee length, leather high healed boots) you might want to wait till early fall. it's the best time. if your worryed about style of boot, try mid-cafe length, you can go pointy (it looks best on a boot), and a heal. and yes sharpy is a good way to go for a heal, but the heal doesn't have to be like poke-your-eye-out pointy. it can be a little bit chunker.

Boots are definitely in. I prefer the higher ones, (like below knee level or higher a.k.a. hooker boots), half boots can be okay if you find the right style, or cowboy boots are cute on the right person. Chunky heels are really nice and easier to walk in than the pencil heels. Don't go by what's in...with the fashion industry the way it is what was out 10 years ago is back in this year. God help us...lol. Just wear what you like. =)

Boots are in, a little chunkier stacked heel is more trendy this year than a spiky stiletto heel.
