Last night was the BEST episode when Sara got kicked off. (victory dance) I could not stand her!!!!
Of the remaining 3 (Kevin, Heather,and Virginia) who do you think is going to win? I personally like Virginia but I really don't see strong characteristics in any of the remaining 3.

God I was so glad Sara got the boot. What a wench. Of the remaining 3 I don't see any of them containing the qualities of a head chef. Kevin - I gave him props for creating a dish on the spot that made it into the menu. That was cool. I just don't think he has the cones to get things done when it comes to running the Kitchen (we find out next week)
Heather. I'm not sure. I think she is going to try to hard to get Kevin to help her screw over Virginia. Problem is if Kevin is smart. He will actually try and keep Virginia around, knowing that in a straight battle he will probably win. So I can see him turning on Heather with no problem. He turned on Garrett pretty easy.
Virginia. I like her, I want to see her win. I think she has potential but her biggest flaw is that she gets distracted by Chef Ramsay. If she could just put aside her school girl crush for a few hours I think she would rock the house. I think he favors her, which is probably a big reason as to why she is still around. But if she just works hard to apply herself she will have no problems beating out the other two, especially Heather. Their rancid hatred of her will make them do anything they can to team up against her. If she is smart she will isolate herself from that and point out their weaknesses to Gordon.
Regardless of who wins, hopefully they have the option to continue their studies with Chef Ramsay because they have alot more to learn in order to keep from running a multi-mil restaurant into the ground.

I was doing a happy dance right alongside your victory dance because I couldn't stand Sara and her smirks and backstabbing! Of the three left, I think Virginia will go next week (she is sweet but a bit ditzy and no way do I see her running her own restaurant). Keith seems like a good cook but I just don't see him as a master chef. I think it's going to be Heather.

Was SOOO glad Sara got kicked off as well....and husband and I would like to see Heather win it...Virginia wouldn't be good at running a hot dog stand...she can't even get veggies out on time

I was glad as hell to see Sara go, I cant stand Kevin either, I think he is a punk! I think Heather would be the best suited to win it all. I think she is the most professional, a bit moodie but the most apt to be able to run a restaurant.

Heather..she has the desire! Although I think the chef has a crush on Virginia..there may be more kicking in the kitchen that the chicken

I was sooooo excited when Sara got the boot...she was a hateful beeotch from day one!
I am rooting for Heather...she has been a favorite since the beginning but I really think Keith will win it.

I think we all agree on the fact that Sara's exit was overdue!
Heather has been my top pick since day one, so I'm rooting for her to win.
Virginia is too weak-minded to be running a restaurant.
I wouldn't want Keith cooking my food...he's always sweaty and has his mouth hanging open.... even while he's standing over the food! YUCK!

I believe Heather would be a good restauranteur. HOWEVER, I believe she should hire Kevin and Virginia to work at the restaurant.

I love Hell's Kitchen! I only watched part of last night's show, so I never saw who got booted. My favorite of the one's that are left is Heather.
