Everywhere I go people tell me I sound like I should be on the radio.One woman told me I was telling a lie that I was a certain person from the radio. Even tho I have the voice should I go to school and try my hand at being a DJ at 48?

Go for it. Nobody is too old for anything! Well unless you have a bad heart and your planning on jumping from a plane. Ofcourse bad hearts are not just for the old.
Anyhow try it out. I think you will enjoy it. I am a D.J./ K.J. (Not on the radio) I have a blast with my customers.
By the way I go to college and so far the oldest person attending college in my classes is 52 years old. Never to late to try something new!

Go for it!! You're never too old. I worked with a lady that was 51 & it was her 1st job. She decided to see what it was like to have a job after years of being a housewife & she loved it!

As long as you stick to your commitment and focus on it. But If you have a family to raise, it might be a little harder.

I am 54 and keen to do everything new all the time, but my partner is always apprehensive and shy. One can surely do anything new at your age. Please be courageous and attempt for success.
