OK. Let's break them down one by one.

Garnett is obviously the more accomplished between the three because he has the most number of seasons played and thus granting him more professional level experience. He even had post season taste wherein they reached the Conference Finals and was said to be One Troy Hudson away from reaching the Finals. (Because of their abuse on Shaq's disability to guard the pick and roll)

Garnett didnt immediately create an impact on the NBA but when he was inserted during the middle of the season, he led the team in blocks which showed flashes of his on court brilliance. He is an excellent rebounder, defender, passer, and can stretch the floor with his outside shooting. He has lead the league several times in terms of efficiency and it is said that he is one of the most complete players in the league. (Can play all five positions if needed)

On the other hand. Amare Stoudemire has improved his game during his second season (yes, his own improvement was stronger than the Nash effect) and showed us that he has bread and butter scoring plays that almost always guarantee a bucket. He is also one of the best finishers in the game with his ability to quickly run up and down the court. His defense is still a question mark since we haven't seen him be really consistent because he has only played 2 full seasons. That said, he has the potential to become the scoring champ but I personally feel that if the team lacks certain pieces, his productivity might be a hanging issue.

Dwight Howard, in terms of upside, has of course the most among the 3. He is the youngest to average a double double in a season and even the youngest to tally 20 points and 20 rebounds. He is a rebounding machine and is often compared to Hakeem because of his inside presence offensively and defensively. Nicknamed the Man Child, I think we can see this guy flourish and become one of the top stars in the league, given that he improves his outside shooting ala Garnett.

To answer. Garnett is the best among the three followed by obviously Amare. Give Dwight years. Who knows how monstrous he could be. Dont count out Amare too because of his unique face up attacking play, he may also be a very unstoppable offensive force.

Kevin Garnett; Can play every position. Six time All-NBA and All-defensive. Eight time All-Star. Recieved the NBA MVP two years ago. Oh and, he's the best rebounder in the NBA.

Dwight Howard is a freak talent, but no one has the length of KG and Howard is still rough on his offensive skills.

Amare Stoudimire was the best center in the NBA for one season, then he had the surgery. Now we don't really know how good he is.

Right now u've got to say garnett because he's got the MVP and none of them have one a ship. But in the long run i wouldn't be suprised to see them both surpass garnett
