It's called adult acne. Still a problem for 20-somethings. Use acne products with salicylic acid. Gently exfoliate your face ever other day, use an oil-free moisturizer.

I'm 22, and still get zits occasionally.

Your skin condition may have changed for some reason whether it could be a new job that makes you sweat a lot or the hot conditions sweeping the nation now.

It's also not unusual for adults at any age to get pimples either for the first time or again. The only condition that is the same is oily skin.

Some ways to treat it with basic things would be soap, cleansing pads, and vanishing cream (it's what works for me). Plus wash your face everytime you think you're all sweaty and try your best to keep your hands off of your face. You may want to talk to a dermatologist if you have acne for 6 months or more. He/She may simply give you some OTC creams like what my derm. gave me or if the situation if pretty bad he may even give you a pill taken either once a day or twice a day along with some prescription creams.

Hey there, i'm 30, and I still get pimples every now and then. I hate them, but i'm thankful I don't get as many as when I was a teenager. Get an icecube and hold it to the pimple, but make sure that it has a white tip or else the icecube won't work. Hold it against the pimple for a few minutes and it should go down. Good luck!

Our bodies change completely every 7 years or so. You might develop an allergy that you never had before too. It's just how it is. What you are experiencing could be adult onset acne, roseacea, or just a skin disorder from stress. Drink lots of water, wash your face more than twice a day, and stay away from spicy foods and sodas for a while, see if that helps or call a dermatologist if it really annoys you, that's what they are for!!

The pH in your skin could have changed and made you more suspetible to out breaks. Are you drinking enough water, using a good cleanser and toner? Unfortunately adults do get pimples so all you do now is find a way to treat them.

Pimples are not only going to happen during the teen years. It is a chemical imbalance causing the sores. I recommend ProActive Solutions. (:

Some of these other answers are possible, but recently we did a test with my boyfriend. He use to eat a lot of dairy. He stopped for about a week to clear the dairy out of his system and we noticed that his face cleared up too. I am not sure this is your problem but its worth a try.

Have you changed the brand of soap that you are using? Are you eating many more greasy foods than you are used too? Are you under a lot of stress?

Every morning, Cleanse, tone and moisturise your face and it may start to clear up.

If it is cronic and painful it might be a skin infection and you may need an antibacterial cream or to take an antibiotic.
If is just a mild outbreak its probably your food intake and your metabolism.. somefing like that.. drink more water and fruit juices.
