saying i have 79 errors and will only fix 20 for free....my internet won't open nothing right now...if it does it takes FFFOOORRREEEVVVEEERRR...any suggestions on how to clean it or take errors off or something???please help...

Sounds sketchy to me...don't do it, it's probably an advertisement. Try scanning for spyware.

You have Spyware. If you are able to download from the internet, download the following.
1. Adaware. This is user friendly and although not the most powerful spyware removal system, will get the bulk ofthe stuff on your machine.
2. Spybot. Not as user friendly unless you READ thoroughly the directions.
Run both of the above together and you should be in pretty good shape.
