I think it's very possible. He was already shown to be struggling with his choices in book 6, to the point of tears! There is SO MUCH in the whole series that says that who you are is NOT determined by your birth, or what people say about you, but about the CHOICES you make. Rowling is making such a big deal about this "choices" theme, that it would be odd if she did not take a character like Draco and show that he, despite his death eater father, Slytherin membership, and pureblood upbringing, can make a choice that allows him to rise above the wrong choices he made in the past. I think he may parallel Snape in this way.

no i don't think so . i am a fan of harry potter but i think the draco malfoy will never return from the dark side. i feel in the last part voldamote will be murdered by harry and harry will still survive.
