My boyfriend's sack is very large. Is that normal for a guy. I have never seen any this big. Is it because he is 220lbs. and 5'7"? Or could this be a health problem?

Does he feel sore or pain on either one of them (especially when you touch it)?
Does the giant size come recently (He used to have normal size yo-yo, but recently they just got bigger and reddish)?
If any of the questions is a "YES", you better have ur boyfriend's nuts checked, mate. Coz the nut(s) probably suffer what the doctor say 'testicle tortio'. It happens when the magic ball is spinning around inside the sack and couldn't spin back to the original position. The spin caused blockade the supply of oxigen and nutrients to the testicle (imagine you spin a straw until u can't suck through a single drip of water from your glass). It must be immediately set free otherwise the testicle would die due to lack oxigen and nutrient and he become fertile.

I don't know...is it painful to him? I want to say that sacks are like the penis...some are small ,some are large, some are just right. But it could be some inflammatory condition which may be the result of a serious condition. Either way..if it is a concern....go see a doctor.

He's pretty big for his height maybe for a white guy(cause they got big nuts and little wees) lol. I'm not sure never seen a nut-sac besides my own.

It could be a health problem. It could be some form of testicular cancer. Might be good to have it checked.

how big is it? elephantitis? that is in the groin, sometimes dudes just ahve big ol balls, lol, just curious how big it is to mabe or mabe not worry about it, im guessing they have been like that for a while or he would have gottin it takin care of, o AND U JUST CALLED YOUR SELF OUT
