I got pregnant fairly recently with the Mirena. I am sorry to report it was not a good result. I lost the baby at close to four months pregnant, because by the time we found out I was pregnant, it was too late to safely remove it! :( I happen to know also that ectopic pregnancies are common if you get pregnant with an IUD, so if an IUD user thinks there is a chance of pregnancy, they should see a doctor immediately!!!

i was conceived through one. my mum had twins.
