if its on the inside of the oven then use a oven cleaner and after clean put aluminum foil down will keep it clean so all you have to do is replace the foil,,,this is safe..and if it on range top dont use oven cleaner on top will take paint off,,,hard lesson i learned...dawn makes a great product alot like oven clean just wont eat paint off.........its called dawn power dissolver,,this is awesome also works great on burnt on food...or in the oven...

I moved into an apartment once, and the stove was absolutely disgusting! We loaded it in the back of the pick up and drove it to the car wash. It came out sparkling clean!
As far as maintaining it, you may want to remove the burner wells (if possible) and line them with aluminum foil. Just remember, if the foil gets TOO dirty it CAN and WILL catch fire. Other than that, just try to remember to wipe it down daily. I wipe ours each time I do the dishes (same as the cabinets).

Spray scrubbing bubbles on the surface of your stove. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Use a Mr. Clean magic eraser and remove the grease. itll work trust me

Take the coils out and tkae out side put on newspaper and spry with over cleaner. Rinse them off use a stiff tooth brush to gid out the dirt in between the coils. ANd then every time you use them wipe them off with warm soapy water and dry.

try this stuff called awesome they sell it at 99 cent stores works great on grease just spray let sit maybe 5 mins works great from experience.

I agree with Peaches, and after they are clean wrap the bottom where the burner is with foil, that should help keep it clean
