im bipolar going away (if running)wont help go seek help get on antidepressions. taking a vacation is one thig running is another . bipolar doesnt just go away u need meds to keep u in balance

Sometimes it could be in some cases but it also depends for what reasons and for how long, take it easy, don't feel alone find someone always who can be there to help u out i also have had some cases where i too had to be alone and get away from it all but having someone there to give advice helps when being bipolar.

I dont fully understand what you mean. But I am bipolar as well.. I cant answer more then that, what you mean go away for a time? to wanna be left alone?

If you take your medicine yes, go have a great time.

If you don't take your medicine just take the good side of you and leave the bad side at home.

depends on what you meen to go away,to take time for ones self and clear your mind is actually quite healthy
