When the USA reform its lobby system:
For the last 56 years the Palestinian Refugees are living in a United Nation Refugee Camps waiting for UN to implement the UN Security Council resolutions.

For the last 56 years Israel conducts collective punishment and state terror against the Palestinian Refugees.
Reading the Revolutionary Education Philosophy of Thomas Jefferson and compare it what is going on in Israel VS Palestine issue.
We find that education played a major role in the Palestinian demand for freedom, self-determination and liberation from a forced occupation
MR. Jefferson said that the liberation of the slaves can be achieved by education when the slaves get educated they will ask for their natural rights as human being and the palestinians are telling the world here we are we must be free like you now.
All
Men are created equal by God
Was the key to African American liberation from slavery?
The two States solution is the key to Palestinian liberation which go back to 1947 Security Council resolution called 181 or the partition plan which created both states at the same time.
In the USA education was needed on both sides the Slaves and Masters.
In the Holy Land education is needed on the Israeli side where the Israeli must understand that the land is for the two people equally.
A viable Palestine means a viable Israel and no viable Palestine means no viable Israel and wars go on between the two people.
No one could NOT change his mind unless he has no mind.
Occupying other people by force is losing policy in the past and now and has no future.

Now im not one to point fingers but have you Arabs noticed you blame the Israels for killing inoccent people yet you people are doing the same thing, and you Israels blame the Arabs yet you do the same thing.
Unfortunatly in a place where everyone hates everyone else and a retaliation cuture has grown out of all proportion there will be not end to the killing until you stop killing each other or you have all killed so many of each others people that there is knowone left to kill.

I guess Hezbollah is just blowing kisses to Israel then. With the exception of children, there are no innocence in war. When two countries wage war against each other there is going to be death and destruction, that is what war is. The very second that a population sends its army to enforce its will on another country through force, that population is no longer innocent. War is something terrible that must be avoided by any means and thus the deterrent to war through possible loss of life must remain. The very fact that a civilian population faces possible loss of life deters that population from using military force against another country. The military body that wages the war is only a tool of its civilian population. Hezbollah is not the military of the Lebanese people but the fact that they have allowed that organisation to wage war against Israel from among them and actively support its operations takes away any innocence they may have had. This conflict between Israel and its neighbours over who is rightfully entitled to the land has been going on a long time. The loss of life attributed to one side or another over the years is deplorable and should sicken those involved in to reaching a solution.

The western powers have created sevaral problems in the world and the Palestinian crisis is only one among them. Peace came only come slowly - when people realize that "building" is better than "destroying". I can understand the wounded Palestinian psyche. It is not easy to be a refugee in a land that your forefathers lived. But the reality is that they should stop getting a "high" out of firing a few rockets into Israel. The best way to beat your enemy is to develop economically and make progress and exert political pressure.

The western nations should realize that condoning Isreal's brutal attacks as "right to defend itself", alienates not only the muslim population, but the rest of the world. People in Asia view America as a bully more and more and at some point this might lead to an escalation and extreme nationalists gaining power in many of those countries.

There will never be peace in the middle east. I've been hearing about peace in the middle east for 40 years. Remember Jimmy Carter's Camp David Accord or any number of other attempts? Palestinians hate Israel, Israel hates Arabs, Israel hates the Palestinians, etc. And there can't be peace because all of the parties involved want to occupy the same land. Impossible situation.

There will never be peace in the middle East as long as the Palestinian problem is not solved. And I do not mean destroy the palestinians. The only time we are likely to see peace is when the Palestinian refugees are GENUINELY compensated by the west. But as long as the Americans go to bed with the Isrealies ther will be no genuine peace.
Unfortunately the Americans do not want peace in the middle East because if there was peace the Americans would loose the only foothold they have in the middle East.

We will have peace in the middle east when one side completely annihilates the other side. Those are the rules of the jungle. The call of the wild. Social evolution by the bomb.
Neither side needs to be RIGHT. Just one needs to win.
I for one hope that the representative democracies of the west win rather than the autocratic theocracies of the middle east. Of course I am a biased westerner. But no harm rooting for the home team, huh?
So if any innocent people die I just hope it's not in my country.

You will have peace when Arabs and muslim extremists learn to be tolerant of other people's views and religion. When Arabs and the Persians realise that Israel can never be subdued and that for every jew they manage to kill Israel will kill many more Arabs . When some misguided Arabs stop making fools of themselves by committing stupid suicide and and messing up Islam. When Arabs realise that they are brothers to the jews and that it is their duty to protect them and not plan to exterminate them. Until the jews and the Arabs start peaching love and not hate against each other to their children, there will be no peace in the Middle East..

Hmmm.... bit of wing ding in that general area between Richard the first and Saladin back in the old 11th century.... regular disturbances ever since... so 1000 years of conflict has led to the point that neither side is prepared to give ground EVER. So there will ALWAYS be conflict there and NEVER peace. And yes, BOTH sides are responsible for killing innocents.

When politicians like Bush and Blair move into the 21st century and stop playing the wild colonial boy in order to keep the arms dealers in business.
A clear case of, he who pays the piper calls the tune, ask yourself, who funds their political campaigns?
