Dont worry, every woman will suffer with that at some point, so you're not alone. I can recommend just your average strength painkillers, or exercise, or a hot water bottle, or you could get someone to rub your stomach for you or a hot herbal pack you warm up and place on your stomach. If you're getting very heavy pains then see a doctor, but other than that, thats all I can recommend!

I like to put a heating pad or hot water bottle on my lower abdomen to relieve cramping, but before I do, I take Aleve.

OUCH OUCH OUCH!

I get them really bad! Go to the chemist and they can recommend something. If it's really bad, go to your GP who can give you something stronger to help with the pain.

In addition to painkillers, drink lots of water (helps with lots of things), use a hot water bottle (recent tests prove this works) and apply it to the aching pelvic 'stomach' area. If you don't have a hot water bottle, you can use a bag full of those seeds (I can't think of the word right now) but I have one where you heat the 'heat bag' in the microwave. IIn addition to this, keep moving, try to go on little walks and keep yourself warm.

A good position to put your body in is to lay on your back (preferably on the ground) and rest your legs up on the couch. This comforts my stomach. Try a few of these and decide what works best for your body.

The only remedy I have found to relieve cramps, is exercise.
Keep moving.

That's normal and it's gonna happen. Just take a midol and go on with your day.
