Hey! That's a thinker...let's see...
Well, first of all, I have to admire Pringles for being able to admit the *possibility* that they're wrong. :)
I'll guess the other reason is that the company put so much effort into creating Pringles, that they're engaged in some wishful thinking. (Seriously, did you know that it took ten years of research and development to invent Pringles??)
My last guess - I know that once I've "popped," I always attract the attention of moochers... I use the resealable lid to help me escape! :)
Oh man, now I want Pringles!! Good thing I've got some handy, huh? :)

They come in a resealable lid because it's supposed to keep the chips from being exposed from air,which is supposed to give chips their maximum flavour because they are fresh.

I think it's bullshit! I get tired of Pringles a lot. They're so plain and boring. So that phrase is worthless.
