dell has a forum that helps you take care of this... it wont be easy thou sorry

This MS site will walk you through it. It use the Malicious Software Removal Tool that can remove this Sdbot trojan.

If for some reason it doesn't remove it then go here and download an use ewido following the procedure at the MS site.

You reboot the computer in safe mode (You press F8 when windows is coming up). You then can try to delete the file (assuming that you know it's location)? techzone12

Try calling McAfee, Norton, or who ever your spyware is with and they should be able to help you if that doesn't work. My husband does this sometimes when he can't figure out the problems he is having with our computers.
