Well walk up to him, smile and ask casual questions, then ask if he has a gf, if he wants a gf, (gf questons mainly), he'll get the hint.

first give some signs to him like smiling, then start talking to him more than before, ask him like "do u play soccer?". if yes then say "i like people who play soccer!" which in code language means i like u lol. just use code lang' if hes smart he'll understand, i kno dats strange cos i just made that up! lol
