Dear one,
This venue if rife with young teenagers looking to curb some boredom. I don't see that changing soon, until they are bored and seek attention elsewhere.
Peace to you and yours.

Well I can tell you this. I wouldn't want you to answer my questions even if they were serious. You can't even spell or exercise proper grammar. Plus you're 58, divorced twice, have struggled with alcoholism, and are desperate. This website is not your AA seminar, I am not here to help you wit your problems, nor do I need your help with mine, which are obviously far less complicated than yours. I am not impressed that you were in the Navy; in fact I am scared that there are more like you fighting for a country right now. I hope you had enough sense not to post your real address, that would be unwise. If you did you can expect a load of junk mail, because I just put you on the mailing list publisher's clearing house, telecorp., and vivid videos for a good laugh. Enjoy.

The power of free speech that allows us an open forum to discuss and help one another also allows idiots to babble. Your rant, while I agree with some of it, is just a meaningless rant. You rail at the unjust universe because you are impotent to change it. As are we all. Sorry to hear of your problem but the idiots will continue to babble, with or without your and my opinions to the contrary. Best thing to do is practice self survival and never use this or any open forum as the last word in anything.

If you want to help pthers then volunter at your local YMVA ot shelter/ This site is meant for entretainment and is not meant to replace couseling or profesional treatment.
Don't take things too serious and just be happy that perhaps 3 out of your 10 answers helped someone and that one of those 3 answers was a legitimate one.
Good luck

You know what else bothers me? When people ask true questions and they're critisized! Btw...congrats on getting through the really rough stuff to be strong today!
I honestly get on here because I like to help people. I haven't been through NEARLY as much as you, but sometimes I feel like I can help people. I enjoy it. I really hate when people ask stupid questions though...it ruins the point of Yahoo Answers.

I agree with you. There is a lot of good that can come from this but you have stupid people in every crowd. They are the ones that ruin everything from IM, to e-mail, to...well, you name it.

They are bored.....and happy to get a reaction out of you, or push your buttons. Relax, ignore them, and move on to something more positive. You'll feel better, and they will slow down on the "darts."

Some people need help, some need attention.
Which in some sense is also a call of help.
