It is not advisable for teenagers to consume diet pills. They are at the age of puberty. The pills might affect their growth. Best way is to encourage them to excercise and eat healthy diet.

There are no pills for that. The pills you sometimes see on publicity are simple supplements to take during some long and low-calorie-diet!
I assume you have to be overweight, and since you’re still staying with your family, you must talk with your relatives about your good and right purpose to lose weight. Your mum mainly has to follow your diet choosing the appropriate one. I think that a simple way to lose weight is to avoid any break (sweet principally) and eating with moderation at any lunch. Then in the meanwhile, you ought to practice some sport or exercise. The first evident result will come among the first 6 months! Try and see.
