If you want a perminate tattoo, take it to a tatto parlor, and they'll do something like carving pumpkins from a pattern on your arm. but if you want it temporary, go over it in marker, place the marker-side down against your arm, and place a wet rag over the marker area. apply preasure to the arm for about 50 seconds

I think the only way to do this would be go to a tattoo artist who can actually draw the photo on your body by his own hand work. Most of them are artist.. They have there own way of transferring or doing the actual tat.. You cant copy it onto tracing paper hon..

Trace it on a carbon copy, then when you press the paper to your arm the ink from the copy will transfer over.

Your body is not a billboard...Why would you even want a tattoo? They are quite ugly & are for life! Nothing uglier than an old sot with tattoos!

They do it for you at the tattoo parlor. You just provide the pic.
