Breaking and entering would work...Just break in, call the police and report an intruder, and hang around awhile!! No harm, no foul, and see ya in a coule of months!

That's a tough one. 30 days is a pretty light sentence and generally not one given to first time offenders. They are more likely to receive probation, community service, and / or probation. The easiest way to get 30 days would be a parole violation, but you would have to be on parole first.
And why do you want to go to jail for a month?

I think flashing could do it.
Also, you could always be a protester that gets arrested (try Greenpeace). They get one month sentences all the time - but here is the catch:
You might get a one month sentence on your record, but the judge may only make you serve a week. Or you get a judge to toss you in for more than a month. So either way there is a strong potential to get screwed.

I know of a loser who threatened a DNR officer (Department of Natural Resources.) He got 30 days in jail, but he was a nut and had already been in trouble. I would estimate that you would need to actually punch one.

sturdy!!!! perchance those moms and dads will actually commence taking recognize what's happening on with their youthful little ones.If a baby skips 15 days in 3 months, obviously there is a few parenting themes no longer being addressed.
