Blood pressure is the relationship between blood entering the heart chamber and blood being pumped out. It is stated as systolic pressure over diastolic pressure. Your systolic pressure should be around 120 (in you're an adult) and your diastolic pressure should be around 70.

It your systolic pressure goes above 140 or your diastolic pressure goes above 90, you should see your physician.

The average heartbeat is between 65 and 80 beats per minute. A resting heartbeat of 98 could be a sign of tachicardia, in which case you should see your physician.

However, some people (i.e. Jim Ryan, former track star who set the one mile record several times in the late 1960's, had a resting heartbeat of 40) may be lower than 65 and be healthy. Some can go significantly above. My own resting heartbeat is 90. So is my physician's. However, we've both had cardiograms and other diagnostic measures to be sure that nothing is wrong. We've both got healthy hearts.

The normal (though everyone's normal is different mind you) is 120/80.
If your blood pressure is normally below 120/80 then you have nothing to worry about. Not every person is going to have the blood pressure of 120/80. If you start getting into the 180/100 + area then you have something to worry about (hypertension.) Then again, if your blood pressure is low then that can be a significant problem as well (unless your blood pressure is normally low.)

As for pulse, that also varies greatly. For someone who does not exercise often, the pulse can range from 70-100 (resting) while for someone like a long distance runner, your resting pulse can be 50-70 bpm.

If you have any issues, you should really speak with your physician.

Age is the first factor. There are different normal values for different ages, and also it depends when you take your pulse and blood pressure. If you are middle aged and your pulse is near 100 then I would definatley be concerned and seek a doctors advice. Make sure that when you take it you are at rest, and did not just exert yourself. Your blood pressure is fine, I guess you mean 130/80, which is pretty good, the top number could come down some, but not too alarming. Your pulse could be high....

A "normal blood presure" should be approx. 100 plus your age up to 14 for the top number. And between 60-90 for the lower number the pulse at rest should range between 60-80. reaper out.........

120/80 is the maximum for normal, lower is acceptable, some accommodate blood pressures of 90/70 and feel well, some get hypo tensive at this amount.

normal pulse is 60-100 in a healthy adult who is not exercising at the time of taking the radial pulse or apical. either one is accptable.

I think the norm for all humans is 100,I have 2 different pulmonary diseases. The blood oxygen level I believe produced by lungs. When the lungs are not producing properly the oxygen level in the blood starts to fall.Oxygen in the blood is one way of getting oxygen to the brain.Levels.When my oxygen gets to the low 90s I start to feel weak. The Drs. Don't like to see it lower than 95. I have been hospitalized when my oxygen level was in the low 80s

r u a boy or girl... old or young...? coz it varies within age range... but mostly, the average normal BP is 120/80 in men while 110/70 in women is still ok... normal pulse rate is 60-80 beats per minute... that's the usual... so i advice you to avoid or even lessen ur consumption of salty foods and hi-cholesterol foods... veges and fish will be good for you... then water intake should be watch... it will be needed to maintain electrolyte balance so salts would be properly dissolve too...
