If I am correct and North Carolina is in EDT, then it would be 10:26:19. PDT is GMT-7 and EST is GMT-4. There is a 3 hour time difference between the west coast and east coast.

Yeah, how do you read yahoo mail time signature? I understand the military time designation 7:26:19 7 hours, 26 minutes 19 seconds AM. PM would be 12, 13, 14:00 hours etc. Can't wait for brilliant answers. Thanks for asking, from SC.

When you receive e-mail there is also the date on it.
PDT is I think the pacific time, you are in NC this is the east cost so different from east to the west is I think 6 hours.

Pacific time 7.26 am 19 seconds???? I guess so.

If I made a mistake, I hope you get better answers than this one....
