Syntax Error!

Your language is totally confusing. Full of Syntax Errors.

What you're getting is probably, that "The presently installed version of Windows XP is higher than the one you are trying to install. Installation aborted."

This is normal, because the version onboard has been updated and is, therefore, more recent.

Now, my first question is - when you are so computer illiterate as to being incapable of understanding this simple fact, why are you trying to install Windows over an existent updated version?

If you can get someone who knows English and Computers, I think we'll be able to help you better.

All the best.

Cheers

It sounds like you already have windows installed.

1) Either leave it alone and stop trying to re-install XP

or

2) Set your PC to boot from CD, when it says hit any key to boot from CDROM, hit any key. Then, run the XPP wizard, delete all of your partitions, and reinstall XP. NOTE - THIS WILL COMPLETELY EREASE EVERYTHING ON YOUR HARDDRIVE AND IS CALLED REFORMATTING. YOU'LL NEED ALL OF YOUR DRIVER CDS (like for your graphics card, sound card, etc...)

if the cd is original windows cd it will be bootable if not then could be a chance it is not , you could try running a floppy boot disk then run the cd installation www.bootdisk.com you download bootdisk with cd support , then you need to run X:\i386\winnt.exe (x:\) the letter the bootdisk gives your cd rom

Is it a bootlegged version? Win XP won't usually install on more than one authenticated computer.
