My cousin overdosed on grass. He was just a kid. 19 years old, and a senior in high school. He was always a favorite in our family, and everyone loved him. He was a football player, and an active member in our church and community.

One day, during his senior year, he went to a party. Apparently some liberal parents had gone out of town, and left their child unattended, so he decided to throw a party. Well when my cousin arrived the other kids were drinking, and smoking.

Since most of these kids were passing around a marijuana cigarette, my cousin felt a little bit out of place. At first, he refused to smoke. But the kids kept putting peer pressure on him by saying things like, "all the cool kids are doing it" and "nobody has ever died from smoking marijuana." Finally, my cousin succumbed to the pressure, and he took a puff.

Immediately he went into convulsions. Then he stopped breathing. Finally, his heart just gave out. By the time the paramedics arrived it was too late.

Nice story NOT TRUE the active ingredients in pot can not cause that kind of reaction! And how would you know what happened if you weren't there and he's dead? Pot heads would not give that story! And it is mostly the PREACHERS kids that have the parties. Go preach some where else! You watched Reefer madness to many times! LOL!

Feel for you. I have smoked weed for over 35 years and have never heard of something like that happening. My guess was that he had an allergic reaction but it does show the dangers of any drug. People die by taking an aspirin . Feel for your loss but please don't go extreme , medical marijuana is like any other drug, does not work for everyone but does for some.

No, it is impossible to overdose on Marijuana. The only way to die from smoking marijuana is if it is laced with something lethal.

Wow, I'm glad he died. Maybe people will learn from his example: Being Conservative is the fast track to Hell.
