The man got arrested. And "drunken" remarks he made were
posted on his arrest report. Leading to international shame for the man. What more do you sadists want?

Actually, his drunken statements were not in the original report. They were deliberately left out. Most people who assault an officer like that would be arrested for assault as well as his drinking offenses.
