Tie a thin but strong sting to one end of your penis and the other end to a 3-4 pound brick or stone.. Make sure the string has only a few feet of slack and lower slowly of a ledge or out a wondow as not to let the rock or brick rest on the ground.. Do this three times a day for a year.
