I have at least 3 answers for this...
1. Best pick up line if you're in a bar..."If I buy you a drink will you act like you like me?"
2. Best vehicle (IMHO)...Motorcycle or Mustang
3. Physically pick her up...1arm around her mid-section the other under her legs.

Be yourself. Go up to her and say hi. Every girl is different as to what they like about a guy, but all girls like to hear the plain and simple truth sometimes.

Depends on your location. Just say "hi, my name is ____, what's yours?" and then when she says her name be like "oh that's a beautiful name, what does it mean" that type of thing. Or compliment her on her shoes, or her jewelry, something that catches your eye, then talk about where she got it from.
