How do I get the wayout to get the scholarship frrom commonwealth for higher education in Civil Engg.?

I am a civil engineering graduate with 7 years experience in Quantity Surveying.I want to go for higher studies to U.K through commonwealth Scolarship program.Please advise

This is based on assumption that your are from US.

Try Major US schools, it is lot easy, then after a master's degree try for UK.

Also write to UK consulate near you or visit the same.

In U S you should be able to get MS after 30 to 33 credit hours approximately 9 months full time. Lot of schools have full time evening classes also, you can take your time.

I have a master of science in engineering myself. Going for another advance degree and I am retired.
