You need some fibre. Try psyllium husk, it can be bought in most supermarkets and pharmacies. If you buy the unflavoured variety add a bit of fruit juice or cordial to make it more palatable. Stir 2 teasponsful into a glass of water/juice and drink it down before it turns into jelly. That should soon get things moving along nicely and it helps to remove excess fat from your liver too. (Don't forget to take an extra glass of water after it, so that it can work better) Don't fill yourself up with carbohydrates. You'll just make the problem worse. Lots of fruit and vegetables are OK though.

why do people always think they have cancer ,so you have not had a poo for two days, try a decent diet ,never worry about the worst, and by the way not having a poo is not the sign for cancer.

In addition to the water, and the fiber, start doing tummy crunches. If you do this regularly, and your problem is simple constipation, you won't have the problem any more.
If you do, get a magnesium supplement, and take it regularly. It supposedly helps relax the bowels.

Nope just plain simple constipation - use a purgative - or eat a lot of figs or dates, that'll get the system moving again - try incorporating a lot of bran in your diet!

There are other signs for cancer than this. You should go to the doctor for disimpacting today if you dont get things going. It is not healthy to be this constipated!
