I have looked this up and found this answer but I cannot find anywhere where it explains why?

Because the convulsions you get from Valium withdrawl can kill you. Heroin just makes you wish you were dead when going through withdrawl

This is not true. The withdrawal from Valium is scarcely even noticed by some people, and mild in others.

Your body gets used to the chemicals,they become apart of you,and when you stop taking them your body misses something it needs to feel whole.Stay away from them if you can.
