I strongly agree with this statement.I dont get like how to consider time as one of the dimension. How is that time-space get curved or watever. It is so confusing. So facts seem to be stranger than fictions 4 me!!!!!

It's not fact it's theory.

As theory it is subjec to change and modification without notice.

It also falls prey to what is called Relativistic Thinking.

It has to do with the formation and expansion of hte universe and graitvy wells.

The first concept, which sort of introduces Relativistic Thinking and Curved Universe theory is walking outside on the sidewalk.

Are you walking on flat, level ground? You think you are. You see the world straight ahead and the horizon is on the same level as you are and the sidwalk goes towards it in a straight line.

The truth is, from outer space if we look at you, you are walking on a curved sidewalk. That sidewalk hugs the curve of the Earth. It is therefore, not flat, but simply a flat surface making up a polygon circle.

If yo take a trinagle and add a new side to it it becomes a square, then a pentagon, then an octagon (which is starting to look circular).

A sidewalk that encircles the earth is simple a billion-trillion straight lines that joing together to form a circle.

An Ant walking on a beach ball thinks it's walking on a flat surface. You know that isn't true!

The Ant can't see it's world and direction relative to your perspective.

You are inside a moving bus with a hole in the floor. You drop a ball through the hole. To you looking down it is moving straight towards the roadway below.

From the street looking at the bus, that ball is moving along with the bus and dropping at a sloping angle. From OUTSIDE it is moving in two directions. Down AND forward.

From INSIDE it is just moving in one direction, DOWN.

Now, we have to take an absolute that DOESN'T EXIST in the real world as we know it.

A stationary observer in the universe. Someone who doesn't move.

As far as we know, that doesn't exist. There is no FIXED point in the universe.

No central core that just stays there. If it's there we haven't found it.

The Earth moves around on it's axis. The Earth moves around the Sun. The Sun moves in space away from the center (origin of the Big Bang) and out towards the perhiriphiral, which is also moving.

Under the Big Bang theory "time" began with the start of the Big Bang. With the first EXPANSION outward.

Under the Big Bang concept a black hole or just mass itself was accumulating until most or all of the mass (that has always exsited and always will exist in the universe) was so compacted and drawn inward that a cricical mass was acheived and, basically, an atomic explosion occured. That's the Big Bang.

The starting point of time is when MASS started moving outward.

Since MASS forms in a sphere as molecules come togeather, the expansion outward is roughly spherical.

The Universe is a vast area of noting.

The expanding sphere travels in all directions through that space and with it comes the passage of time.

The mass on the perimeter of that sphere is the oldest point in time. Billions of years, say cosmologists.

The Sun is poossibly at the half way point. Maybe half those year old.

We, possibly, are half way from the center of the mass that expolded and the outer edge.

We think this is true because of the observatins and properties of light.

Einstein said nothing travels faster than light in our universe (we won't get into other universes here).

While there are waves beyond light in the spectrum, these waves all travel at the speed of light.

The measurement of the speed of light is RELATIVE to the universe. Light moving through air, water or glass "seems" to slow down, but if measured within that medium it is the same speed as if measaured in vaccum.

It is only the observer relative to the event. If you look at light going from vaccum into glass, into water, into glass, into air, it seems to shift positioni and speed, but that is an illusion. It is caused by light passing into "different universes" such as glass or air.

An observed phenomenon known as the Doppler effect reacts on sound and light. It stretches it based on your relative position. Some coming at you is high pitched, it lowers as it passes you and lowers more as it moves away.

Light does the same thing.

White light is made up of colors Red, Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violets (ROY G BIV) and when light is traveling in speed from you this elgonates in a manner in which the RED or or BLUE elements appear to be longer. Which element tells you if light is moving towards you or away from you.

We look at stars and some are moving away form us, while others are moving towards us.

So we know were are somewhere in the middle of the known universe.

We travel through (fixed???) Space.

Now, if you were to step off the Earth and become absolutly still and fixed, the Sun would move away from you and another start would start moving towards you. As time Passes the Sun gets further and further away.

That's the passage of Time and Space.

Your space is the same as where the Earth once was, but now time has passed and the Earth and Sun have moved off in an expanding universe.

For all we know we are travelling at 50,000 or 100,000 miles per second. We can only guestimate our speed and direction based on other stars and red or blue shifts.

We can also estimate speeds based on the size of those shifts.

We catalog the oldest, most distant stars (we think, we're not sure) based on red and blue shifts and relative distances.

We get a distance by taking a measurement of angle of the start from England and the United States and doing trigonometry to figure out the angle. We know the distance from Los Angeles to London. We know the angle of the star. The trig then tells us how far the star is, we think.

As you sit at your computer you think you are fixed in space but time is passing with each second.

Actually you are moving at tremendous speeds in space, while time is passing. The relative "space" you occupied in the time it takes to read one word moves by miles!

Part of relativistic thinking is that the physial laws of nature become normalized in a relativistic universe.

Take an elevator.

You get in, the doors close and it goes up. You feel the tug of gravity for a second or two and then normalize. You are moving at maybe 10 feet per second, but you can't feel it after two seconds. You feel it again when the car slows down and stops at a floor.

G force and Inertia normalize after you become aclimated.

Should the earth stop moving, you'd be slammed into a wall like a bug on a windshiled in less than 1/1000th of a second.

Because you are born into a moving world you never notice it's moving!

The world moves 1,000 miles per hour in a turning motion. A day. 22,000 miles cricumfrance of the earth, thus in 1 hour you have moved almost 1,000 miles.

You, sitting on your chair, are moving about 950 miles per hour in one direction. At the same time you might be moving 20,000 or more miles per hour in another direction as the Sun and Earth are moving through space out from the center to the edge.

This is movement in both space and time.

A fixed point of space see times move by it with no direction change.

You stand there "fixed" in space and have no movement in space, but time moves by you.

Time passes and all the stars and planets pass moving outward.

Now, when you turn a laser light on and point it at the moon and look at it through a telescope it takes 2 seconds to see the light.

That's time travel.

The light travels through space from the earth to the moon at 186,000 miles per second (moon is 200,000 miles away) You look through the telescope, turn on the laser, count to two or three and then you see a spot on the moon from the light.

That delay is the passage of time in space.

Now, this is the big theory part. Since the universe is a sphere you can't travel in a stright line forever, you eventually hit the rim of the unverse and there is nothing ont he other side of it.

You hit the time barrier (maybe not, maybe you can pass through an get ahead of time).

It is also said that because of gravity from the Sun and other things like Black Holes there is no straight line. What goes up must come down, usually in the form of an oval or circle. An ORBIT.

You blast off from the Cape heading out in a straight line towards the oldest known star at nearly the speed of light and after 400,000,000 years you end up back on Earth.

Einstein says that's how it will happen. You will circumnavigate the universe in a big arc, just like the ant on the beach ball, and end up at the starting point.

This is because your observations, measurements and angles are all based upon things taken within your relativistic world of the space ship travelling at almost the speed of light.

As such your rulers are smaller, your angles narrower, the red and blue shifts change and you no longer have the same "bearings" as you did on Earth standing still.

This is theorictical, but proven to a degree. Einstein says everything shrinks as you move faster. If we on Earth stepped off and became FIXED in space but had a RULER still travelling the speed of the Earth and Sun we should be seveeral feet taller, once standing still. AT least TALLER on that moving ruler! Once that ruler stops moving it too, grows larger.

Einstein also says the space is warped in shape do to all this mass and speed and gravity wells.

It has been shown that a star seems to change position in the sky when near a strong gravity such as the sun. During solar eclipses we see stars and they are off from where they are supposed to be, because the gravity of the sun shifts the direction of their light. It WARPS observable space near its surface. It's like the pencil in water!

Time also slows. If yu travel to Mars in the first colony you will be a second or so younger than a twin on Earth who isn't moving at 35,000 miles per hour.

If you travel at half the speed of light to another star and back, you might be half again as old as your twin. Your twin will age 16 years and you will age 8 years.

So say's Einstein's theory, which has been proven with stationary and moving atomic clocks. They shift in time from each other, when they shouldn't! Thus the moving clock loses a fraction of a second (or does the stationary clock gain a fraction of a second, it's relatative).

So you falsely travel in what you think is a straight line, but like wacthing light travel through water (put pencil in a glass of water and look at it, see how it bends and shifts) you get fooled and find your course takes you back to Earth.

You are an ant on a beachball.

This is mostly theoritical, however, not factual. We must try it one day and see if Einstein was right or wrong!

One day, in 200,000 billion years, a probe called Voyager could end up approaching Earth (will they realize where it came from!?)!

You may now take two asprins and a glass of water to relieve the headache all this has generated.

Well if you hear a fact, this means you KNOW it's true and it might take you a while to understand it. When you hear fiction, you don't have to ask yourself why it's true, becuase it isn't. Therefore, facts are harder to understand than fiction (becuase fiction doesn't require understanding).

Now don't feel out of place if you don't understand dimensions of the time-space continuum. Nobody does. ;) Not yet, at least. Every day is another step forward.

If you're interested in understanding some working theories, read the theories of Stephen Hawking (Astrophysicist and world's smartest man).

Fiction: There exists a 0 dimensional pseudo actuality inclusive of endless cases of no longer something wherein the sum of the factors is truly the colour blue. This blue is merely a single occasion in a 4 dimensional universe named Jobby, that's a universe bounded in one measurement between seven and 13, yet endless in the different 3 different than for a hollow that's an apple. This universe is stuffed with others of the 0 dimensionals so as that each and each element interior the 4d universe is a colour. each and all of the colors blend mutually to create a martini, which Sam beverages. Sam appeared outdoors and it became darkish, so he winked and there became earth. He needed something sexy so he made female, and then later made guy through fact he went directly to planet UYR and made even sexier women, yet he needed the originals to stay happy. someplace alongside the lines, a guy named Ikleelabab devised the thank you to income ability and as a result fulfill greater women, and invented a e book talked approximately as the previous testomony. yet another guy named Mushgheelarak did an identical ingredient and code-named himself jesus, so he ought to get each and all of the play in his time. Now, that's way less logical? of course my tale is greater true through fact it it much less logical (different than the final paragraph, sorry)

Time space warp is not a physical phenomena. It is a concept. Not even a physical concept. It doesn't exist. It is a mathematical concept introduced by Einstein to compensate for the gravity that is universally present in the universe.
You will find lots of statements some real some misinterpreted some misstated. This is not the place to learn anything. You have to read real text books.

I don't suppose it would help that I tell you time may not necessarily be linear. We treat it as if it is, but it may not be. Think of our clocks, our world, our solar system, all circular. I know it's not an answer, but it is a piece of the puzzle.
