I always thought it would be fun and with people being what they are, given the opportunity, I'd expect it may have been tried.
Here is a link to a MSNBC article on the subject:

It will happen eventally!
We don't know the results. One thing is for sure, the genes will be geared towards Earth Norm in the first generation.
It is strongly possible that kids born on Mars could grow taller and be stronger in first generations than in subsquence generations of them mating.
We eventally aclimate.
Eventually you will have Martian kids who can never travel to Earth, because the Gravity would kill them!
One this is for sure. In zero gravity it was be highly impossible for fertilization to occur!
Semen would ball up and not travel towards the ovum without muslcular contractions and other methods to move and motivate the glob.
The human mating process relies heavily on gravity to plop the stuff agaisnt the back of the vagina and let it seep into the cervix.
That's why the so called Missionary possition is used the most.
Girl on top lessens the chance of fertizlation, because it's an uphill climb!

NASA says that no people have had sex in space. I have heard that rats were bred in space and the offspring were born with malformed legs and did not survive long. The thinking is that gravity is needed for proper gestation.

Talk about excessive thrust during launch... Although being a member of the 200-Mile-High club does have some appeal...
