I have 34 DD boobs they look fine in a bra but are saggy out of one. Are then any exercises or creams that will help (my fiance thinks they're lovely and that I'm being silly but it really bothers me!!!)

don't worry everyone's boobs hang a little - mine do and i'm a 32B or sometimes 32C
it's completely normal and if you're fiance loves you the way you are you have nothing to worry about. I bet so many people are jealous of your boobs, plus you must be skinny if your only 34 round. i'm getting jealous already lol!
there are some exersises you can do to make your boobs a little more perky but i think people have already listed them.
the only person who is going to see you with your bra off is your fiance and he seems really happy lol so just smile and be proud :-D
good luck hun <3

Speaking as a woman who was a 34F before kids, and a 34D now, there are no creams that work. You have two options that will work.

1. Breast Lift or Reduction (Cosmetic Surgery)
2. Bench Press

Bench presses tighten the muscles under the glands and fat deposits. You may loose some of the fat there and be smaller as a result. But it does work and you will have perkier breasts in the end. Don't go for the strength lifting, stay with low weight amounts. You don't want to end up with massive pecs, that will only make you look even bigger! If you can do 90, then stay around the 90-100 lb range. Make sure you have a spotter if you use free weights, or use a machine.

You have two options:

1. Start doing some chest exercises to firm up or build some muscles in your chest. This could take some time, but if you're really serious and stay consistent, the results will show - both on you and your fiance's attention.

2. Surgery. Expensive and in the long run, you'll either have to start doing chest exercises to keep them perky or you'll have to get the surgery done again. Good luck!

Looking for the benefits of salmon but you don't feel at ease cooking fish? Try canned salmon as being a simple and affordable alternative.

People who regularly weigh themselves and keep an eye on their progress in a journal are more likely to lose weight.

Give your protein extra low-calorie flavor by adding a salsa or chutney rather than a gooey cream sauce.

Honestly, there are no creams that would do the job... Exercising might help you a little.
Your best option would be a breast lift and it's very costly.

In all honesty, the only thing to do is have surgery and have a doctor 'pick' them back up, but that could be a waste too because gravity will always pull against them!

That or you could try standing on your head for a couple of hours a day, but you may pass out so I really wouldn't suggest that!

Just be happy that you have 34DD, some of us aren't that lucky!

You could try taking Fenugreek tablets, they are supposed to help firm up the breasts, it takes about two months to start to work, as most herbs take time so if you start now you could see results in the autumn!
