It's amazing....
I could stay in the water for hours. It's like, another world when I'm swimming. I LOVE going underwater and just immersing myself in that world...a feeling of weightlessness, silence, and just peace. That's why they say hydratherapy is great for physio and stress relieving. Also, that's why some women choose to give birth in the water...it's a birthing method used to relax both mother and child and there's a theory that we are able to swim from the second we exit the womb ("water babies")...isn't that weird....? Perhaps there is a deeper connection between humans and water than we think....maybe we evolved from something that used to live in the water.....Or maybe we just like water a lot....

Only in a pool. I do not enjoy swimming with the creatures in natural bodies of water.
