You can improve your speaking skills by the continuous watching of BBC CCN and other such channels .You can try to watch English movies and read as many English dailies, weeklies, monthlies and yearlies. Try to speak English with your friends and family members. Try to understand English songs and try at your best to sing with them. Go in front of mirror and ask questions also give answers to the questions yourself( remember in English). Try all this.

what country are you from, out of curiosity? speak with people who are native to England, or America. Why do you feel the need to improve your English speaking abilities?

speak as much u can
watch english channals. speacially news...
write down that u dont know the word and meaning and learn everyday.... hope that helps

move to middle america, believe me here nobody here will speak your language, survival skills will kick in, and you'll be y'alling in no time.
