No, as far as Fidel goes it ain't over till the fat guy with the cigar sings. Cuba is ready for change but it will come only after Fidel is toes up in a coffin.

The problem is what he did in between remains.
Goverment control how you should eat and sleep=that means. some one in that country could live forever.
so Since Castro goverment knows best it would be very easy for its people to live without getting sick.

I wouldn't count him out yet, but I don't know any more than you do! My father is 81 and still mowing his own grass, building things, and is very active and alert. We just never know when our time is up!
