choose something fun for both of you. either plan a weekend away in a hotel with a nice jacuzzi tub and a pool or if you have a hot tub at home, get the kids out for a night or two and dress up the bedroom for romance.
cook some nice steaks, get a bottle of wine and some new sexies and surprise him at the door when he gets home.
have some romantic music playing, dance, eat and make love.

Buy some sexy lingerie and do a strip tease for him. Answer a fantasy of his, whatever that might be. Bring him into a candlelit bedroom with music on, maybe some bubbly, some chocolate covered strawberries, some warm massage oil, whipped cream and chocolate sauce... have fun!

Now how do you want to Surprise him. You could hide behind a door and scream as he walked in. That would work.
If its sexual then let your imagination take over. What would you like to do. Something you have dreamed about or wished you could do. When you have your answer. Do it. He will be surprised I am sure.

Make his favorite meal but not so much of it that he gorges himself, then when dinner is done go and change into something very sexy and put on the perfume he likes best, then fondle him and cuddle of course and tell him how he makes you feel like such a woman.
