There is no "magic" formula for growing taller. There are many factors that are involved in your growth. The genes you inherited, diet, exercise, the amount of sleep you get, and your overall health are just some of the things that can affect your growth.

Kids usually need more sleep that they usually get. Sleep is important because much of your growth happens when you are sleeping.

So what is the answer? Get plenty of rest, exercise, eat a good balanced diet, limit your sugary snacks, and just be happy with who you are. You will grow in time but everyone is slightly different so you may not grow at the same time or at the same rate as your friends.

Remember that you are 12 so you have several more years to grow and change!

Best of luck!

I hope you don't veiw this as silly. but you will be as tall as your genetics program you to be. MY wife is all of 5ft tall and said as a child she used to hang from closet bars etc to be taller. There's nothing wrong with being shorter she is an awesome mother and friend. By the way I'm 6' 3" , I guess opposites attract. JUst be the best that you can be and I promise you that there are plenty of people that will love and respect you not for how tall you are but for "who" you are.

swimming or basketball are the best sports for growing ... all the jumping and stroking make your back constantly stretch and create a growing factor in young people in development. Hope this is useful to you.

First of all eat good food......

If you eat well only then will you attain your full growth......

Play basketball, its not a joke......

Playing basketball really increases your height.....

If you can't try, jumping while you exercise and also try pull ups...

But a good diet is the most important thing...

Hope you got your answer......

12 years old? Just wait. You will grow. I was 5'2"(157CM) when I was 18, I was 5'8"(147CM). This was in one year, I had to buy all new clothes! Good Luck!

There is nothing you can really do. It just happens over time.

I would suggest however, drinking lots of milk and eating lots of veggies.
