Rating it being 10 the highest, I'm giving it a 3. People here are not service oriented at all. Most of them are not pleasant to customer, not so hygenic too, especially at the Hawker Centers. I had one experience when a staff was giving me a glass with ice and he's finger was inside. Cleaning staff will clean your table even if you're not done eating. They can't wait for you to leave.
And why can't they give out tissues?

From a Western point of view service is very bad. I don't think the average Singaporean sees it that way though.

Generally ok...but subjective to the staffs' attitude at individual resturant.
