It was scripted. HHH (in real life) probably wanted to see his daughter, so he planned a angle where he would get "arrested" and taken downtown, he really wanted to see his daughter.

It's just leading up to HHH beating Umaga. Further down the road, DX will break up b/c HHH and HBK will have a big feud as to the stronger member. But "REALLY" HHH left to be with Stephanie and Aurora. He just had to get in his few minutes for the storyline. Hopped on the private jet and went to see his wife and kid.

I don't think it was all the McMahons...I am telling you these last 2 weeks have been a lead up to the Fall of DX....Triple H is going to turn on HBK at Summer Slam.....(everyone knows that HBK isn't happy being in DX and that he is needing Knee Surgery Soon--so this is just a lead up to the end of DX).
And besides.........You don't really think that HHH spent all night in the jail..Do you? LIke the above dude said..STORY LINE!
