I love mariah carey, she is one of the best talents out there, I have all her CD's ...my favs are: Anytime you need a friend, Hero, Its like that,We belong together,You will always be my baby, Loverboy. I could go on forever those are just a few.

I love her voice...it is amazing and she is probably the best vocalist in decades, in addition to being a very talented songwriter. I don't care for any of her films or her persona in general, but respect her as a musician in spite of that.
My favorite tracks are "Someday", "I Don't Want to Cry" and "Make it Happen". I don't have them anymore, but there are numerous songs she has sung in concert that are not on any of her CDs and her voice is just as amazing on those as any of her own.

I don't love her but some of her music is okay!
Sweetheart is on the first solo Jermaine Dupri album and is a good song
Also check VH1 divas her duet with aretha franklin!
Favourites of her early stuff, Dream Lover, Always be my baby, Fantasy, I'll Be There (from unplugged),
Later stuff only Honey!
I thought the last three albums have been poor in comparison to the early stuff!

I really like her first three albums best. "There's Got to Be a Way" is a very powerful song. As is "Hero". I think that my very favourite of her songs though, would be "Someday"

I love Hero it's a very powerful song. I just wish she wasn't so rude to her fans.

Either "Hero" or "All I want for Christmas is you" is my favourite depending on time of year. I saw her do Hero at Live8 in London...

I'd like to hear her sing 'One Note Samba' -- that's ONE note Mariah, not 500,000.
