it was materazzi the one i hated because he insulted zizou
well now i am a fan of italy....but i still hate materazzi

Italy is great, Germany and England will always be my favorite teams, but I don't hate Italy or anything. I really like Gigi Buffon, Andrea Pirlo, and Francesco Totti. You're right, just because Materazzi did what he did, (which wasn't anything racist, it was just something really rude) you can't blame the whole team. Look what good examples players like Buffon and Del Piero and Cannavaro are, and the good sportmanship they have. And when Gigi talked to Zidane after the red card, and said later in an interview that he felt really bad for Zidane, he is so sweet! Gigi is such a kind person.You can't hate a team because Materazzi is there. There will always be morons in the world, you can't let them get to you. As for Cannavaro, so many people think he is hot...he's not ugly, but Gigi is so much better looking! He is amazing and gorgeous! Buffon all the way!!!

Well its good for you to apologise, a lot of people get caught up in the moment. I really try to root for my favorite team, but at the same time look at other teams objectively. About Materazzi,some people in Italy dont even like him because of his style. I cant say his style is one of my favorites. Check out that video, and you'll see why. This video was made before the Materazzi Zidane incident, so that speaks volumes.

Ahm! Ok! Not a problem, but you do know that Italy had not had a real football beauty in their game??? – their play was based on defending their goal and not attacking, all their 11 players – including Del Piero (who is an attacker by the way) stood right before Buffon, so I think that you made a foolish mistake by changing your mind…
