With all the money Chelsea have spent buying players in the off season it will be a shame if they dint win
I mean you go ahead and buy Shevchenko and Ballack and still dont win it.
I think it ill be very hard for any other team to challenge them
Manchester United are worthy challengers but they have sold Van Nistelrooy and Ronaldos future is also dodgy with the club
Liverpool are a smart unit, they have kept their core unit and with the new England captain Steven Gerard, they are my choice for second
Arsenal are selling of all their players. First Sol Campbell leaves and now Ashley Cole, they will suffer because of this
Totenham are a good unit under Martin Jol. They have signed Dmitir Berbatov and have Robbie Keane and Ahmed Hossain Mido as strikers so they should do very well also. They can challenge Man U for third

Obviously Chelsea will win it again. Abramovich's millions have virtually secured the title already - but £35 million for Shevchenko must be a laugh! Unfortunately for the English football scene, money talks more than anything and unless Arsenal or Liverpool find another Russian billionaire, they've as much chance as Grimsby Town have ... Man United will finish a distant runner-up with Liverpool, Arsenal and possibly Tottenham the next 3.

Hate to be predictable, but it has to be Chelsea.
They have strengthened, as have Arsenal but they say you cant buy class - I beg to differ in Chelsea's case.
Man U will struggle for Top 4 never mind win it. They are weaker now than they have been for the last 2 seasons. They have sold a 30 goal a season striker and replaced him with a 3-goal a season midfielder for £6million more.
Believe me, Fergie has lost it!!!!

I'm an Arsenal fan so it would be biased to say Arsenal at this current stage with the teams as they are i would say Chelsea not because there better but because of numbers. Although if Arsene buys big a new defender say mexes and anew goalkeeper say Issakson and a new striker say Tevez then Arsenal champions 06/07.

Chelsea. It pains me as I'm a massive Liverpool fan, but apparently Chelsea have approached the FA and purchased the premier league for twenty million pounds! Bargin! Now if only they could buy the champions league from UEFA like that.

realistically, either Machester United, or, Liverpool... IF you compared how they played last season as they started to improve, they played a million times better than Chelsea.. I would say more of liverpool winning, but since MAnU have bought Michael CArrick, and more ppl to come, their side seems more solid... especially the midfield... so i would say ManU
