i donno if its possible.....
as far as i know, oxides of metals can only be obtained through heating of carbonates of metals e.g calcium carbonate......

I think you would you would have to extract the calcium from the milk first then convert it to calcium oxide.

Dont know if you can do it with milk to get calcium oxide, but a electrolyzed mixture of lime and mercuric oxide will form CaO
This process is called limekiln. Look up calcination or lime-burning.
