No, you shouldn't have problems with virus and spyware for your Mac. I've run anti-virus and spyware scans on my PB G4 ever since I got it and so far nothing has been detected. But, if your not really sure, read this:

No. Macs don't really have viruses, although, with the introduction of boot camp, which is a program that you can load windows xp on, it can be a problem. You can get anti-virus protection at http://www.sophos.com and and a kick azz firewall at http://www.intego.com. Enjoy your mac!

Usually not that much. Most viruses are aimed at PC programs and setting, and do not attack MACs...
