If she is a muslim then u have to be muslim to male the government let u marry her cuz the islam says just moslim man can marry muslim woman.....
but if u marry out of iran i think u can marry easy and dont need to be truly change ur religion if u dont want it....if she is not a religious one then u wont have any problem with religion cuz most of iranian are agnostic and atheist.....
but first ask her idea and her family idea ab ur marriage then think ab religion

Where are you from first? Is it the only solution to get married to her. These are the days of universalisation wherein only male and female exists no religion no caste no boundary. In that case if you people can live and follow your religions if she agrees still u can getmarried. otherwise if your love isso strong to marry her get convert. But before everyting convince her and needbe her family. Any educated family will listen and agree.
