ouija boards are really not good to play with because they can become open channels (doorways into the other dimensional planes)~~(has anybody noticed the later it gets on these boards the more jerry springer the questions get and the spelling goes right out the window~~~i mean entertainment value is high but i cant understand the question~~oh yeah and if you have any cautionary tales about ouijas share if you like~~maybe some kid will get the hint. (not to play with this thing)

Ouija boards (from the French and German words for 'yes') are focusing points for powers all humans possess innately, but can barely control. Like psychotropic drugs, they open a mental and psychic world few are ready to control or handle. This makes them dangerous to most people who attempt to use them.

When my daughter was is middle school I secretly bought a ouija board and started to play with it. Later I received I message from God in a dream that said "Unless you get rid of all this New Age ****, I will take away ALL your ....." I understood it to mean everything--life, family, soul, money, house, etc. Shortly after that , my daughter found the Ouija board and took it to a friend's house to play with. All went well until one night they left a candle unattended and burned the apartment down! It all might be coincidence, but I think otherwise.

The Ouija or Talking Board itself isn’t dangerous. The act of calling a spirit is. You never know who you’re really talking to.

Yes I played witha ouija board in high school and college. Nothing happened. We just had fun and played around with it. Don't even know where my board went to.

i have and the freaking thing really did move by itself....i wasn't moving it and you can tell when someone else is...my friends and i would just barely keep our hands on it that was we could see if someone was moving it around.....it was weird cause i would play with it when i was in 7th-8th grade alot and right around that time I started hearing a voice calling my name.....needless to say i stopped playing with it and i put it in our shed...i am now 24 and i think it is still out there

Yea, it just sat there so I am practicing moving it around without making it obvious I am moving it. That way I can spell out "GIVE ALL YOUR MONEY TO ADAM" when people come over.

a friend 10 yrs ago played with one....said it didn't do much until he broke it up and went to throw it away then it screamed at him. Don' t know if it's true wasn't outside when it happened.

my mom did.... she was in the kitchen of her first house and wit her freinds. she talked to someone named fred who didnt like blacks. after she was the only one left(all her frends moved) two other room mates moved in her dorm wit her. they were black. one day they said they had a ghost. mom didnt believe them until they said it scratched their walls and knocked a glass out of one of their hands and that his name was fred. my mom moved soon and they never knew. since then she tells me "have you been playing with a ouji bored? those things are not good. never even touch one. if your frends are playing, ask to leave or tell an adult."
