what is it that you want to have changed? the Constitution is an evolving document and has been changed in the past. It takes a great deal of work to change it. As for the person that commented on the patriot act that did not change the constitution it expanded the ability of law enforcement. I guess if your involved in something illegal then you would not like it.

Only under extreme circumstances, for the benefit of all we need to leave the constitution alone when it comes to gay marriage, and flag burning, and the abortion issue. Those are not a big enough issues to change the constitution.

the constitution is there for a reason. people need to think before writing and accepting bills that give out too much power like the patriot act. something that needs to change however : how the electoral college works!

If it is thought through by different people and studied well enough by different experts as well - why not? But if it will only cater to the rich and powerful and make them more rich and powerful, I am not for the constitutional change.

No, I think it's fine the way it is. I guess it would be nice if the president had a little less power though.

no! no! no! they cannot fool us anymore... it's for the advantage of those in power right now... to enrich themselves more.. to have more power over the people... all we need to do is to open our eyes on whats really happening to our country... we need to empower the poor, the masses, not those already in power. GINAGALIT NYO KO HA! i love you ghina!
